Launched in 2024, the program is led by Kate Horowitz, LSCSW, who works hand in hand with our providers to coordinate care and keep improving how patients get support. Steve Murdock, LCPC, uses practical, collaborative cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help patients work through anxiety, mood challenges and more complex conditions.
