Brent Morris, CEO of Mercy & Truth Healthcare Ministry, will serve as Vice Chair of the newly established National Association of Community Health Centers' (NACHC) Faith-Based Task Force. In this national leadership role, Morris will help shape policies, best practices, and programs that strengthen faith-based health centers and expand access to care nationwide.

Mercy & Truth has launched its Mobile Health Clinic to bring Life-Changing Care directly to the people who need it most in Kansas City. From preventive screenings to health education, the clinic meets families where they are, breaking down barriers to care. This initiative reflects the heart of Mercy & Truth: walking alongside neighbors, providing hope, and making healthcare truly accessible for every person in our community.

Mercy & Truth will host a special lecture featuring Dr. Cynthia Turner-Graham and Dr. Barney S. Graham, a Top 100 healthcare leader recognized nationally for his contributions to medical science. Originally scheduled for November 2025, the discussion has been rescheduled to bring the community together for an inspiring conversation about how faith and science can work hand in hand to improve health and wellness. Attendees will hear from leading experts while exploring how compassionate, evidence-based care can strengthen both the body and the spirit.
