Compassionate primary care, behavioral health, and spiritual care for families across Wyandotte and Johnson Counties. Insured or not, you belong here.
Welcome to Mercy & Truth.
Healthcare That Sees
the Whole Person.
At Mercy & Truth, we believe healthcare is more than exams and prescriptions. It's about people. It's about dignity. It's about showing up with compassion and telling the truth about what helps you live well.
As a Christian nonprofit and a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, we care for the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. If you have insurance, we're here for you. If you don't, we're still here for you. And if you've put off care because you weren't sure where to go, start here.
You deserve to be seen. You deserve to be heard. You deserve care that helps you live your healthiest life.
Primary Care.
Checkups, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and everyday care for every age. Our providers take the time to know you, so you can move forward with confidence.
Behavioral Health.
Mental health is health. Our integrated behavioral health team works alongside your provider, so you can talk through anxiety, depression, or stress in a place you already trust.
Spiritual Care.
Spiritual care that strengthens the whole person. For patients who want it, we offer prayer, encouragement, a prayer room at our Kansas City clinic, and partnership with area churches.
Getting Care Is Simple.
Two locations, one team. Call the clinic nearest to you and our team will help you take the next step.

Care That Comes To You.

Our Mobile Health Clinic travels across the Greater Kansas City metro, pulling up to churches, schools, community centers, and events with free screenings, wellness education, and referrals for the neighbors who need them most.
Care this mobile takes many hands. Built through partnership, our friendly bilingual team meets people right where they already gather and connects them to ongoing care at our Mercy & Truth clinics.
Trusted care, wherever you are.
What We Bring:
Screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and A1c
Behavioral health and telehealth consultations
Health education, plus Narcan and fentanyl test strip access
Referrals and connection to follow-up care
