Mercy & Truth knows that putting food on the table is just the start. F.I.R.S.T. Tuesdays is a monthly event where families in Kansas City can get free groceries, health screenings, and helpful resources all in one place.

Join us every first Tuesday of the month from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at 721 N 31st St. Check your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and BMI while connecting with people who can help your family stay healthy.

If you want to help, F.I.R.S.T. Tuesdays is also a chance to volunteer, partner, or support neighbors in need. Together we can build a stronger, healthier community.
