As primary care physicians, we consider it our privilege and our professional duty as experts in the field of medicine to care for all people with dignity and respect, regardless of any health factors, cultural challenges, or socio-economic barriers that may prevent them from seeking and receiving the quality, compassionate care that they deserve. We always want those we treat to feel healthy, hopeful, and at home when they are in our care.

Other Services for Patients

​Our community health workers can help patients with social services such as housing, food, health insurance support, and arranging for transportation to our Wyandotte County location.

We accept the following insurance. (Note: If your insurance co-pay is higher than our sliding scale fee charges and your family size and income level meet the criteria, you would qualify for the sliding scale fee price. See chart or fill out this form.)

Uninsured Patients

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. ​There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available for both insured and uninsured patients based on family size and income level. (See chart or fill out this form.)

To see if you qualify for the sliding scale, please bring one of the following: a copy of your most recent FILED taxes, the most recent 30 days of paystubs for the ENTIRE household, unemployment information, or food stamps letters.​

Note: In some instances, lab work may be an additional fee.
