Everyone deserves quality healthcare, regardless of income. That’s why our sliding scale fee structure adjusts costs based on your financial situation. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a Sliding Fee Discount Schedule available for both insured and uninsured patients based on family size and income level.

2026 Sliding Fee Scale

  • We accept the following insurance:

    • Aetna

    • Blue Cross and Blue Shield

    • Cigna

    • Humana

    • Sunflower

    • United Health Care​

    • Medicare

    • KS Medicaid (Sunflower, United Healthcare, Aetna)

      If your insurance co-pay is higher than our sliding scale fee charges and your family size and income level meet the criteria, you would qualify for the sliding scale fee price. See chart or fill out this form.

    To see if you qualify for the sliding scale, please bring one of the following: a copy of your most recent FILED taxes, the most recent 30 days of paystubs for the entire household, unemployment information, or food stamps letters.​
