Brent Morris
Brent Morris is the Chief Executive Officer of Mercy & Truth Healthcare Ministry, bringing more than 27 years of transformative leadership across for-profit enterprises and nonprofit organizations. A visionary strategist and entrepreneurial leader, Brent has launched and scaled five startups, including ventures and a joint subsidiary with Hallmark and DaySpring Cards, while guiding 30+ companies and ministries through growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability.
Known for defining organizational vision and communicating strategy for innovative and measurable outcomes, Brent consistently delivers strong financial performance, increased operational capacity, and mission alignment. His expertise spans strategic planning, business development, brand revitalization, and cross-sector partnerships that drive organizational excellence and build strong teams with a positive culture.
Before assuming the CEO role, Brent spearheaded Mercy & Truth’s vision, brand, and strategic transformation, implementing innovative service models and expansion strategies that have positioned the organization for scalable impact. His proven success in leadership, innovation, and mission-driven marketing continues to propel Mercy & Truth’s vision of Life-Changing Care, delivering compassionate, affordable, and Christian services to underserved communities.
Natalie Saisi
Chief Clinical Officer | DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Dr. Natalie Saisi, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Mercy & Truth Medical Missions, where she oversees the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care across the organization’s clinics. A board certified family nurse practitioner, Natalie brings over a decade of hands-on experience in both hospital and primary care settings. Her clinical leadership is grounded in deep expertise across medical, surgical, telemetry, urology, and pain management specialties. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a passion for serving underserved communities, Natalie plays a critical role in advancing Mercy & Truth’s mission to make Life-Changing Care accessible to all.
