How to Join a Team

1.  Decide which missions team you want to join.
2.  Read over the FAQs for our trips.
3.  Download and fill out the application.​
4.  Make 2 copies of the following required documentation:
  • U.S. Passport (If you do not have a current U.S. passport, go ahead and submit your application but start the process of getting a passport.)
  • Immunization Records
  • Professional License (If applicable.)
5.  Pay the $200 non-refundable deposit online or by check.
6.  Mail application, required documentation, and deposit (if paying by check) to:

What happens next?

1.  Once you submit your application, the required documentation, and pay the non-refundable deposit, the International Field Director will reach out to you via email with the next steps of the process, including submitting a signed Code of Conduct form and a notarized Liability and Medical Release.​
2.  You will receive an informational letter stating times/dates of team meetings and financial due dates.
3.  Plan to attend team meetings! If you live outside of the KC area, your team leader or a member of our staff will contact you.
