To join a Mercy & Truth Outreach team:

1. Select your outreach destination

2. Fill out an application (download here)
   *Latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the application. Update your Acrobat Reader by clicking here.

3. After filling out the application read over the Trip FAQs.

4. Please include your non-refundable $200 deposit, one additional 2x2 passport photo (no reproductions) and two (2) photocopies of each of the following:

• Immunization records

• Professional license (if applicable)
• Passport [Note: If you do not have a current U.S. passport, we strongly encourage you to begin the process of obtaining one right away. You can find help here.]

Once we accept your application:

1. You will receive a team member manual and informational letter stating the times of team meetings and financial due dates. Mark these dates on your calendar!

2. Plan to attend team meetings. If you live outside of the Kansas City area, your team leader or a member of our staff will contact you.
